Power Play Arcade support team provides
you with around the clock service, seven days a week,
including holidays. This includes our “On
Call” service for any after hour needs
that may arise. We monitor the profitability of each one
of the machines in your arcade game room and make the
necessary recommendations and changes with your approval.
We also provide service to a variety of clubs, restaurants,
airports, hotels and resorts.
Our employees are highly trained technicians and they
arrive wearing Power Play
Arcade uniforms so that your patrons know
we are there to service the equipment. The goal of each
technician is to make certain that each machine is safe,
attractive, neat and functional by performing regular
testing and maintenance programs. We also use a log system
located in each game room to document our visit and indicate
our course of action to ensure that each game room is
maximizing its gaming revenue opportunities.
